 1. Responsible for the entire IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management (CMDB) lifecycle within the Atlassian platform, primarily using the "Assets" feature in Jira Service Management (JSM).

 2. Platform Configuration & Administration: Design, configure, and maintain the Assets feature within Jira Service Management, including schemas, object types, custom fields, and permissions.

3. Data Management & Integrations: Utilize tools like Assets Data Manager to integrate, reconcile, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., flat files, databases, APIs) to ensure a single, accurate source of truth (CMDB).

4. Automation: Implement automation rules using Jira and Assets Query Language (AQL/JQL) to automate input, update records, and trigger actions based on asset status or events.

Job description

  •  Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder certification (current).
  • 3–5+ years hands-on Anaplan model building, including participation in at least one implementation.
  • Strong Anaplan formulas/design patterns; experience with ALM, roles/rights, selective access, and UX.
  • Experience integrating with HR/ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors data structures is a plus.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills; Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience; aptitude for coaching/mentoring citizen developers.

Preferred

  • Progress toward Anaplan Solution Architect; Python/SQL/REST familiarity.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP/Oracle ERP, Salesforce; data platforms (e.g., Snowflake/Azure) and iPaaS/ETL tools.
  • Experience contributing to an Anaplan CoE; domain exposure in Workforce Planning and FP&A.
