Sales Cloud – Functional Consultant (E3)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) Functional Consultant to support the integration of SAP C4C with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The consultant will focus on business process design, configuration to ensure seamless adoption by Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for Account, Contacts.
- Define the integration scope and mapping between C4C business objects and LinkedIn Sales Navigator entities.
- Configure C4C standard features (Accounts, Contacts).
- Work closely with technical consultants to ensure proper integration via APIs and middleware.
- Support QA, BAT, end user training for sales teams.
- Document business processes, configurations, and end-user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 3+ years hands-on implementation experience in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) with a focus on Sales processes.
2. Hands-on implementation experience with configurations, workflow rules in C4C.
3. Strong communication and business stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
1. Exposure to C4C with any third-party CRM integrations.
2. Knowledge of basic C4C SDK/PDI concepts to coordinate with technical teams.
3. Basic knowledge of Sales Cloud Mobile, AI functions and CX AI toolkit
