• Maintenance: Manually create, modify, and maintain all authorization roles using transaction PFCG. All role adjustments must strictly align with the requirements documented in the Role Matrix.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute mandatory technical testing  to verify the roles provide the intended access. Ensure changes do not introduce technical errors or unintended authorizations before transport.
• Pre-Production Risk Control: Before moving roles to Production, perform mandatory risk analysis using the Tool. Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure all newly identified risks have appropriate mitigating controls assigned and validated, directly supporting ICOs.
• Transport & Change Management: Manually manage the transport of roles between environments (Development, Quality, Production). Ensure strict adherence to the change management process and obtain all necessary approvals via the SNOW ticketing system and Charm tool
• Manual User Provisioning & Maintenance (creation, modification, locking, termination, password resets)  in SAP ECC system.
• Risk and SoD Analysis
• SNOW Ticketing and Audit Trail Management
• IT General Control (ITGC) Support: Support all audit activities by generating, maintaining, and providing evidence from SAP (e.g., Security Audit Log reviews, critical user reports, and user master data reports).
