About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with the ability to understand business requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
• Lead the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and technology best practices.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor developers and resolve technical challenges.
• Work closely with Product Owners on product planning and roadmap execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Estimate project effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical and business documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution.
