Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project & Program Manager who can lead complex software initiatives while acting as a strategic partner to clients. This role blends delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and client relationship ownership.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects/programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects and programs
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation paths
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all initiatives

Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
• Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct regular stakeholder reviews, reporting, and governance meetings
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Strategic Planning & Execution
• Align program objectives with business and client goals
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution design
• Support pre-sales and business development activities

Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design)
• Mentor project managers and team leads
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture

Operational Excellence
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery/project management
• 5+ years managing large-scale programs or portfolios
• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification
• Experience in enterprise or SaaS product environments
• Background in handling global clients or distributed teams
• Strong commercial awareness (budgets, margins, contracts)
