Job Title: SAP SAFe Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

The SAP Scrum Master is responsible for coaching teams on Agile best practices, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings throughout the SAP implementation. They work closely with SAP functional and technical consultants, product owners, and stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure clear communication within the team. Monitoring progress, reporting on key Agile metrics, and helping the team adapt to shifting priorities are also key parts of the job. Your leadership helps maintain project momentum and supports the timely delivery of SAP solutions

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with senior team members to Project specific solutions and processes.

– Assist in the development and implementation of SAP Solutions and design in Deployments.

– Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

– Conduct research and development to improve business processes by reducing manual intervention and processing time.

– Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices, with experience in Agile project management.

– Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts.

– Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team dynamics and fostering a positive work environment.

– Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly to keep the team on track

– Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.

 Requirements:

• 8+ years total & 3+ years S4 with solutioning for deployments. experience with MNC client. Must have S4 HANA experience/knowledge / certification
• It should be well versed with SAP S4 processes and workflows.
• 3PL integration experience preferred. Building interfaces between SAP and via systems via Idocs and API’s
• Extensive experience in developing business process scenarios along with Handson experience in client facing requirement gathering workshops and understanding and configuring Business Processes,
• Interface knowledge, carrier integration experience
• E2E Business processes understanding
• S4 HANA knowledge and experience on system
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Project-Specific Requirements:

The S4 scrum master will work on a project aimed at Project Goal and Focus on project deliverables during course of deployment. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 and area of deployment with multiple deployments. Knowledge of SAP, SolMan and other status reporting tools etc are a plus. The candidate should also have experience in end-to-end implementation and handle issues and deliverables on time. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements is essential.
