Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and policy management, while fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
– Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
– Oversee smooth onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
– Conduct exit interviews and manage structured offboarding processes
– Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
– Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs
– Organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations
– Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
4. Payroll & HR Operations
– Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing
– Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
5. Policy Management
– Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
– Ensure organization-wide adherence to company policies
– Support compliance and audit requirements
6. Management & Stakeholder Engagement
– Act as a bridge between employees and management
– Support leadership with HR insights, reporting, and decision-making
– Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively
7. Organizational Growth & Development
– Support performance management processes and career development initiatives
– Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
– Contribute to building a scalable and growth-oriented HR framework
Key Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a generalist role
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
