Key Responsibilities 

• Preparation of data collection reports from solar plant owners on monthly basis. 

• Handle inbound schedule requests, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants. 

• Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar generation. 

• Update and maintain accurate lead records in the company system. 

• Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions. 

• Data collection from plant site, if required. 

• Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes. 

• Take part in validation/verification process of solar projects. 

Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: 

• Bachelor’s in electrical.  

• 1 – 2 years of experience in solar business/carbon projects. 

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in using word and excel. 

• Energetic, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
