Job Title: SAFe Agile coach
Role: Management – Coaching
Responsibilities:
A SAFe Agile coach is responsible for facilitating Agile transformations, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. SAP ECC, S4 transitions, end to end deployment assignments experience and knowledge and able to handle different situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- The SAFe Agile coach plays a crucial role in promoting and supporting Agile transformation within the organization. They introduce SAFe principles and practices, ensuring that teams successfully apply them to enhance their workflows and outcomes.
- They advise Agile teams on improving their working methods, promoting self-organization, and assisting them in overcoming challenges. This involves coaching teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- The coach leads the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization. This includes collaborating with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with SAFe practices and principles.
- Developing and delivering training sessions and workshops on SAFe principles, roles, and practices is a key responsibility. This helps promote understanding and application of Agile methodologies within the organization.
- The SAFe Agile coach identifies areas for continuous improvement and works with teams to implement better ways of working. They encourage teams to regularly assess their processes and interactions, fostering a mindset of ongoing learning and adaptation.
- They facilitate collaboration between Agile teams and other departments, ensuring that Agile practices run smoothly. This includes promoting open communication and transparency across the organization.
- Implementing metrics to track the progress of the Agile transformation and creating regular reports for management is also part of their responsibilities. This helps in assessing the effectiveness of Agile practices and identifying areas for further improvement.

Requirements:
– Qualification – Any Graduate/Postgraduate
– Years of Experience – 10+ years of experience
– Experience with SAFe, Agile, coaching
– Understanding of S4 , ECC flows, knowledge or relevant skills.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Project-Specific Requirements:
- SAFe Agile coach is responsible for facilitating Agile transformations, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. SAP ECC, S4 transitions, end to end deployment assignments experience and knowledge and able to handle different situations.
- Good working experience in Negative and Positive Time Management.
- Understand SAP integration architecture and define best practices requirements
- Should work on the country/client specific Time requirements/ Issues
- Well versed with Implementation/Support onsite-offshore delivery models.
