Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Role: Engineer

Responsibilities:

Release Train Engineer (RTE) in the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) includes a range of responsibilities that are crucial for the successful delivery of Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• RTEs organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring all teams are ready and aligned on objectives. They manage the agenda and facilitate discussions between teams and stakeholders.
• Managing Risks: RTEs identify risks that may slow progress and work to resolve them before they escalate.
• Collaboration: RTEs foster collaboration across teams, ensuring that objectives are well understood and potential roadblocks are identified early.
• Continuous Improvement: RTEs drive continuous improvement by collecting metrics and feedback, and by coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: RTEs act as key liaisons between teams and stakeholders, helping to navigate organizational challenges and maintain progress.
• These responsibilities highlight the RTE’s role as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving the continuous improvement of the ART processes

 Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as minimum and handled and well versed with Agile methods processes.
• Extensive experience in developing business process scenarios along with Handson experience in client facing requirement gathering workshops and understanding and configuring Business Processes,
• E2E Business processes understanding
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
