Role: Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4 HANA OTC Implementation & Support
• SAP OTC end to designing and configuration, fit gap analysis, testing and related documentation
• Lead all requirements gathering and designing and configuration
• Work with ABAP/SD team to conclude the required developments
• Handles Break / Fix emergencies and Enhancements
• Works with business COE/IT experts to make sure the business requirements are implemented with the best practices and standardized solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• SD Pricing Analyst
  • Gather pricing requirements and translate into SAP Design
  • Configure pricing procedures, conditions, etc with SAP best practices
  • Manage user exits needed for pricing and work with developer
  • Provide expertise in best practices for commissions design which will be within pricing
  • Test pricing thru to billing and AR
  • Work on Salesforce integration of sales data into pricing
  • Participate on SIT OTC w pricing focus
  • Must be able to interpret and work independently – and ask questions, raise issues to guide team lead
• SAP SD Output analyst
  • One person who can “own” all new form outputs in the OTC space
  • including French Language requirements
  • Working with business to gather existing forms from legacy system
  • Translating the forms into Functional specs for form development including SAP best practices and standards
  • Ability to setup output configuration and messages
  • Interact and guide developer to build forms
  • Test forms thru OTC process
  • Manage integration requirements to 3rd party vendor which prints and emails forms
  • Participate in SIT OTC w focus on forms
  • Must be able to work independently to push task for outputs along and raise issues to team lead

Requirements:

• Overall 8+ years in SAP as SD consultants covering all end to configurations
• Must have worked in SAP SD/OTC module at least in 1 S/4 HANA implementations.
• Experience of working within a formal project methodology ASAP and Agile frame works
