Workday Finance

Job Description:
Gathering Collaborate with Finance| HR| and IT to understand business needs for planning and reporting. Solution Design Configuration Build and maintain Adaptive Planning models| sheets (model| standard| cube| metric)| versions| dimensions| hierarchies| and dashboards. Implementation Support Lead or support full lifecycle implementations and provide ongoing post-production support for budgeting| forecasting| and workforce planning. Data Management Handle data loads| validations| reconciliations| and integrations with Workday HCMER Pother systems. Reporting Analytics Develop management reports| executive dashboards| and ad-hoc analysis views. User Enablement Conduct user training and create system documentation. Technical Expertise Troubleshoot issues| optimize models (potentially with SQL)| and stay updated on Workday releases.
Essential Skills
Experience 4-10 years in Workday implementations| with 2-4 years specifically in Adaptive Planning. Certifications Workday Adaptive Planning certification is often mandatory. Functional Knowledge Deep understanding of Financial Planning Analysis (FPA)| budgeting| forecasting| and workforce planning processes.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adaptive Planning configuration| Excel| data manipulation| and integration.Soft Skills Strong analytical| problem-solving| communication| and client management skills. Domain Expertise Experience with Workday HCM Financials and ERPCRM systems is a plus.
