Data Migration Develop and execute data conversion strategies for AR data| including mapping and validation. Testing Support Lead testing (UAT) and provide end-user training| plus ongoing support post-launch. Process Improvement Advise on Workday best practices and optimize AR processes. Project Lifecycle Participate in the full implementation cycle from design to go-live and beyond. Required Skills Qualifications Experience 4-6 years as a Workday Finance Consultant| with proven implementation success. Workday Expertise Strong knowledge of AR| Customer Accounts| General Ledger| and potentially Procurement. Certifications Workday Financials certification (especially P2P) is often required or preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in reporting| calculated fields| and data migration.Soft Skills Excellent client-facing| communication| and stakeholder management skills.
