Role: Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated Senior SAP FSCM consultant with a passion for the Manufacturing Industry. As a SAP FSCM SME, in this role, you’ll support global SAP FSCM deployments. Enhance FSCM configuration and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep critical FSCM systems running smoothly. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with senior team members to Project specific solutions and processes.

– Assist in the development and implementation of SAP Solutions and design in Deployments.

– Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

– Conduct research and development to improve business processes by reducing manual intervention and processing time.

– Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience and at least 2 SAP FSCM full life cycle implementation experience with MNC client. Must have S4 HANA experience/knowledge / certification.
• Must have done S4 implementations and good hands-on experience in S4 HANA
• Must understand FICO processes covered or related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc.
• Must have hands on experience in any ONE of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCMCredit Management, Collections/Disputes), Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash) or Treasury and Risk management.
• Exposure on OOB functionalities available with FI-AR and collection / dispute / credit management / biller direct portal. 
• Good understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules
• Must have experience in S/4HANA green field implementations or conversions

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team 
• Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly 
• Strong focus on quality and generating results 
• Should have 2 or more, end to end Process Implementation cycles experience.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in/with teams and build long-term relationships.
• Certification in the Core area
• Should be Travel ready and able to work with customers/teams across cultures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Project-Specific Requirements:

The Person will work on a project aimed at good exposure on MFG business process and solid grasp of FSCM process. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering from the business and to coordinate with technical team for smooth execution of deliveries of Enhancement & Z reports. Good hands-on SAP FSCM support tickets and SLA resolution process. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements is essential.
